Robust Construction
The frame is constructed of 100mm (4″) RHS and heavy duty, longitudinal “I” beam sections. The rigid hitch is constructed of 205mm x 135mm “I” beam sections, with the hitch tongue adjustable to tractor drawbar height and working depth. Tyne sections are heat-treated, nickel chrome high carbon steel. Pivot pins and bushes are 35mm diameter induction hardened. The tyne assemblies are clamped to the implement frame.

1000lb Hydraulic Tyne Assembly
The John Shearer 1000lb Hydraulic Tyne Assembly is tough and reliable and offers on the go tyne breakout pressure adjustment from the tractor seat. The easy to fit clamp-on design can be mounted onto 100mm x 100mm (4” x 4”) heavy duty RHS and retrofitting to existing machines is simple with easy to follow installation instructions.
